Hormone Specialist is only satisfied with a sale if you’re satisfied. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery on all supplements sold through Hormone Specialist.*
If you’re trying one bottle of one product for the first time, and are not satisfied with either the product or your results, don’t worry about returning the product. Just let us know why you’re dissatisfied, and we’ll issue you a full refund less shipping, or exchange the purchase for an alternate product of equal value. You don't have to return the bottle to us. Please note, if the offer to exchange products is accepted, a refund of the original purchase will no longer be optional.
Refunds or exchanges on orders of multiple bottles require that you return the unused product and use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation (ex., tracking number). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have confirmation that your return is on the way, we’ll give you a full refund less your original shipping cost. To initiate this process, please email us at support@hormonespecialist.net. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit or debit card).
*Refunds and returns for international orders are exempt from our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and will be handled on a case by case basis.
Other Considerations
Hormone Specialist is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages as a result of a mistake by the courier or the customer (ie. submitting wrong address). For these kinds of issues, Hormone Specialist will manage refunds and replacements on a case by case basis. We reserves the right to withhold refunds of shipping charges when delivery is refused.
Returns outside of our 60-day guarantee will be handled on a case by case basis. Please be aware that Hormone Specialist reserves the right to deny processing of refunds or returns for orders older than 60 days (from original delivery date.)
